How do I return an item?

Refund/Return Policy:

Original sales receipt must accompany returns.

We accept returns for exchange or refund 30 calendar days after delivery of the product. At our sole discretion after 30 calendar days, we will issue return, or offer an exchange of store credit. Items must be in "new, unaltered and unused condition," which is defined as:

· without showing signs of using or damage in any way.

· within 30 calendar days of the delivery date.

· The return deadline for glass items is 7 days from receipt and must be in new, unaltered and unused condition.

If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us please contact Customer Support immediately. We will issue a return label and mail and replacement once the returning item is received.

Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it.

Return and exchange are not applicable for special and custom orders.
