Masala Chai
Our masala chai has impressed many who had previously blended their own chai because no one else could make it strong enough! Traditionally, masala is simmered in a mixture of milk and water, with the leaves and spices strained out before serving. Others simmer the chai in water for long periods of time, creating a concentrate that can be refrigerated and added to milk to make an instant chai latté.
