Description Health Benefits Ingredients

Our premium handpicked Dragonwell green tea , comes in a new tin packaging, as well as only containing 0.5 oz of loose leaf tea. It comes directly from tea farms near Hangzhou in the Zhejiang Province - the first and best producers of Long Jing. Known as Ming Qian or pre-Qingming Long Jing, this tea consists only of the most tender spring shoots, hand-picked before the Qingming festival.

The delicate leaves yield a flavorful, full-bodied cup, fresh like a spring breeze and slightly nutty in flavor. It is best taken unsweetened and we recommend you smell the beautiful aroma before enjoying this highly praised national tea of China!

Traditionally, place 1 TBSP (about 5-8 gram) of loose tea into an 8 ounce clay teapot, steep with 70-80 degree hot water for about 30 second for the first 2 steepings. Add 30-60 second for the consecutive steepings until flavor weakens. Or simply follow our suggested steeping instruction below.
Keep refrigerated!

Recipe:
Green Tea Smoothie: Use 1 tsp of tea / 1 cup of milk or yogurt / 1 cup of ice/ Mix well in a blender and enjoy!

Green Tea Slushie: Use 1 tsp of tea / 2 cups of ice / 2 tbsp of honey / 4 oz water / Mix well in a blender and enjoy

trustworthy freshness June 9, 2015

Fresh 2015 harvest of dragonwell "lung ching". For those that want to see what all the fuss is about regarding the "best of the best" green tea available in the USA try a little- rest assured that when made correctly you are getting just about the best green tea possible. If you don't see a huge difference between this and what comes from the grocery store then you can buy teabags at 1/100th of the price with confidence : )
The difference to me is worth one cup a month of the "good stuff", but not too much more than that... if you have the cash to drink it daily more power to you.

I love this Dragonwell.  Best to get it when it first comes in and is fresh. It goes fast.  It is a high quality green tea with vegetal flavors.
